With over 15 years of coaching experience across junior and senior levels, Dr Boulanger brings valuable depth and stability to our coaching team. In addition to his football expertise, he contributes his medical knowledge and strong community leadership, making him a key figure in both player development and club culture. Gaston's passion for the game, commitment to learning and care for the wellbeing of his players make him an outstanding addition to the 2026 FQPL Women's coaching group. Welcome aboard Gaston.
Ralph brings over 30 years of playing experience across top Sydney Futsal, indoor and outdoor teams and youth squads for Sydney FC. With more than 12 years of coaching experience, Ralph has worked with FQ Youth Academy teams and has coached FQPL sides for the past four years. He's also guided and supported some of his players since their U8 days, reflecting his dedication to player development and long-term growth. As a C Class accredited coach and longtime BTFC member of 18 years, Ralph embodies the commitment, values and culture that define our club and we're incredibly lucky to have him leading our U18's in 2026. Welcome back aboard Ralph.
Richie has been part of BTFC for over a decade contributing as both a player and a coach across youth and senior teams. His experience, leadership and understanding of the game make him a valuable part of our FQPL coaching group. Richie is passionate about the FQPL pathway and the opportunities it provides for developing players. He's particularly excited to be working with U15 age group, focusing on helping players refine their skills and game awareness. In 2026, Richie is committed to building a team that plays ana attractive brand of football whilst fostering and environment centered on growth, improvement and club culture. We are thrilled to have Richie on board leading our U15's alongside Klaas Banga. Welcome aboard Richie.
Klaas has been a proud member of BTFC for 16 consecutive seasons, contributing both on and off the field, 16 seasons as a player and 7 as a coach. Originally from the Netherlands, Klaas has played football all his life from junior through to senior levels before moving to Australia. His love for the game naturally led him into coaching, beginning with his own kids' teams and growing into a genuine passion for teaching players how to play better football. Klaas holds a Foundation of Football coaching accreditation and continues to focus on helping young players build their skills, confidence and understanding of the game. His long-term commitment to the club and dedication to player development reflect the values and culture we strive to build at BTFC and we are very fortunate to have him leading our U15's in 2026. Welcome back aboard Klaas.

Luke has been part of the BTFC community for nearly a decade contributing as both a player and coach across multiple age groups. His passion for developing young footballer's and fostering a strong team culture has been a driving force behind his coaching journey. In addition to his FQPL role, Luke is our Junior Club Coach and Development Coordinator and an FQ Academy Coach for the U13 Girls. He has been instrumental in establishing the club's junior development squads in 2025 and continues to play a key role in driving female player development across the club. Luke has completed his Football Australia B Diploma coaching qualification with plans to complete his Goalkeeping B Diploma in 2026, further strengthening his knowledge and expertise. His commitment to developing players, promoting inclusivity and upholding the clubs' values of teamwork and improvement reflects the strong culture we're proud of at BTFC and we are excited to have him leading our U13 FQPL side in 2026. Welcome aboard Luke.

Glenn played representative football in his youth for Sydney NPL Club Marconi, developing his game and competitive drive. Five years ago he dusted off the boots and joined BTFC senior community teams - going on to be part of multiple premiership winning sides. Since then, Glenn's involvement at BTFC has only grown. With four children ow playing at the club, he has immersed himself in junior development, coaching multiple teams including our Dev Squad U9's and is currently in his third year serving as Junior President. Glenn has completed his Football Queensland Foundation of Football qualification and is registered to complete his C Diploma this year, continuing to strengthen his coaching knowledge and leadership. "I'm really keen to see pathways for our Juniors. Thus huge effort from our Seniors to kick off our FQPL divisions has laid the foundation, and I believe the juniors coming through will help build the future of this club" His passion for junior development, club culture and long-term pathways makes him a fantastic addition to our FQPL U13 program as we continue building strong foundations from Miniroos through to seniors.

A talented young goalkeeper in his playing days, Jason proudly represented Tasmania in state teams before bringing his experience and passion north. He has been involved with BTFC for over 10 years, contributing as a player, Miniroos coach, Junior FQPL coach and most recently serving as the FQ Academy Goalkeeper Coach. Jason has completed his Football Queensland coaching qualifications in both football and goalkeeping, continuing to invest in his development as a specialist coach. "I'm passionate about giving young players the opportunity to grow both on and off the field. Every child deserves the chance to develop skills, build friendships and fall in love with the game" His sessions focus on technique, footwork, explosive movement, decision making and building the confidence to dive for shots that seem unstoppable. His calm guidance and enthusiasm help our keepers discover both courage and joy in one of the toughest positions on the pitch.
